This privacy notice governs your use of the application 'Ether’ ('Application' or ‘Website’ or ‘Ether’) on Android, iOS, or any other associated applications, products, websites and services managed by Ether. Please read this privacy notice ('Policy') carefully before using the Application, Website, our services and products, along with the Terms of Use ('ToU') provided on the Application and the Website. Your use of the Website, Application, or services in connection with the Application, Website or products ('Services'), or registrations with us through any modes shall signify your acceptance of this Policy and your agreement to be legally bound by the same. Information about the device and app used to access the service. This information includes:

Ether collects information based on your and your child's use of the app, like when they like a post. This information includes:

device type and settings, such as hardware model and operating system version;

log information, including details of how our service is used, device event information, and the device's Internet protocol (IP) address;

unique application numbers, such as application version number; and

unique identifiers, which are used to collect and store information about an app or device, such as preferred language, app activity, and other settings.

Ether doesn't collect personal information like name, address, or contact information from your child. This information is provided in advance by your school to whom you have volunteered to provide the said information as per the terms of your relationship with the said school. Any portion of the Information containing personal data relating to minors provided by you shall be deemed to be given with the consent of the minor's legal guardian. Such consent is deemed to be provided by your registration with us.
